ubu works alongside people living with a disability in Australia, and provides them day to day support, whether in-home, in the community, or other.

ubu works with NDIS funding, and provides Support Workers for people living with a disability. Our Support Workers help NDIS participants achieve their goals; whatever they may be.

ubu is run by two Directors, who come from vastly different cultural backgrounds. We understand people, and understand different cultures, religions, faiths, and genders. We don't discriminate; we live and breathe diversity and don't just view it as a cool catch phrase.

ubu will tailor our service to specifically meet your needs. We will never provide group supports or or set up 'group home' type arrangements. We focus on one person at a time, and provide 1 on 1 support, always. 

At ubu you will get to choose your own Support Workers and be involved in the process as much, or as little as you'd like. You are the driver! Or if you're tired of driving, then we can be the chauffeurs. Completely up to you.

Currently, we are going through the application process for NDIS registration. With this in mind, currently we are only able to deliver Plan Managed or Self-Managed Core supports until our NDIS registration is complete. But rest assured, our Directors have over 15 years experience in the disability sector, and have progressive attitudes in regards to disability supports.
